Acquisition of Tirebolu Driving School

The year 1996 was an important turning point in MEHDAV's corporate journey. Mehmet Davut's experience and service approach in the driving school field gained a stronger structure with the acquisition of Tirebolu Driving School.

Over the years, Tirebolu Driving School became one of the district's long-standing and well-known education institutions. New vehicles, training areas, digitalization and every step taken to improve service quality helped the institution become an education brand known across generations.

The MEHDAV name becomes a corporate identity

The MEHDAV name, derived from Mehmet Davut's name, gradually turned into a corporate identity representing trust, labor and entrepreneurship.

From the early 2000s onward, the idea of bringing different fields of activity together around a single value approach gained strength. The sincerity of being a family enterprise combined with the goal of institutionalization to form the basis of a broader group vision.

Construction, infrastructure and local service areas

Over time, MEHDAV's fields of activity were not limited to education. Experience gained in areas such as gravel quarrying, construction, building works, material supply, infrastructure services, renovations, residential sites and detached building projects enabled the group to meet local needs with a broader perspective.

Experience in living space construction, building services and material supply later laid a strong foundation for the establishment of MEHDAV Building Market.

Agriculture, farming and livestock activities have an important place in MEHDAV's past and present. These fields are seen not only as economic activities, but also as part of a commitment to land, production and local values.

In 2023, MEHDAV Building Market began operations in Tirebolu to meet the need for a professional, corporate building market with a wide product range.

With hardware, power tools, construction materials, hardware store products, chemical products, technical equipment and service processes, it became one of the region's important supply points. Product variety, warranty and service follow-up, reliable pricing policy and supply strength formed the key difference of this investment.

Company formation process

MEHDAV's activities in different sectors were strengthened over time through a company formation process to gain a more organized and sustainable structure.

• Private MEHDAV Driving School and Health Services Trade Limited Company was structured to carry out education and driving school activities on a corporate basis.
• MEHDAV Construction, Agriculture, Food Industry and Private Education Trade Limited Company became one of the main structures laying the groundwork for the development of building market, construction, agriculture, food and various commercial activities.
• MEHDAV Fast Food Restaurant Tourism Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. was established as the corporate counterpart of new growth goals in fast food, restaurant and franchise operations.

The era of fast food, franchise and digital institutionalization

The year 2026 became an important turning point in MEHDAV Group's goal of expanding into new sectors. The Domino's Pizza Tirebolu franchise investment process was initiated to offer fast food service at national brand standards in Tirebolu, create new employment areas for young people and contribute to the district's social life.

As different companies and businesses became more visible around the same value approach, mehdav.com was positioned as the corporate digital center explaining MEHDAV's history, companies, businesses, values and future vision.

The Domino's brand does not belong to MEHDAV. The Domino's Pizza Tirebolu branch is operated as a franchise by MEHDAV Fast Food Restaurant Tourism Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.

Today, MEHDAV Group is a multi-sector entrepreneurial structure headquartered in Tirebolu, operating in building market, private education, driving school services, construction, building works, agriculture, livestock, food, fast food and franchise operations.
